Would you like to learn about how to increase your emotional resiliency? This Saturday I’ll be presenting twice in the morning at the Good Neighbors, Strong Communities event on how you can utilize self-compassion to increase your emotional resiliency. I’ll be talking about how you can calm and soothe yourself when you are sad, angry, stressed, anxious, or depressed. This is the 3rd annual Good Neighbors, Strong Communities presented by the Ray-Pec and Belton School Districts. Attendance is free! They do ask you to register ahead of time if possible.
